Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange as long as:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Your exchange request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused and sent back in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the product is in good and resellable condition, your refund will be issued within 2 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.
If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for a reduction in value.

Personalized Items

Due to their customized nature, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
